I'm the co-general counsel of Behavioral Care Solutions, a company that provides comprehensive mental health services for seniors, including on-site psychiatric and psychological care, in-patient services, staff training, and compliance support for long-term care facilities.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Adversis provided us with a security risk assessment, penetration test, attestation letter, and in-depth SRA report. They also provided detailed corporate governance documents to bring us up to speed. In addition, Adversis assisted us with a cybersecurity assessment from an insurance payor. Our internal team worked on remediating issues and providing Adversis with the information they needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We made the technical remediations Adversis recommended to keep our business secure. We also updated our internal processes and adopted new policies provided by Adversis. Our recent Adversis HIPAA security risk assessment found zero unaddressed controls across all required domains. Additionally, all vulnerabilities identified during external testing were fully remediated and confirmed resolved by March 2026.

Their project management was unbelievable. They delivered on time under an extremely tight timeframe. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
