Advetfly Solutions LLP has redesigned our website and implemented a custom CMS with Webflow.

We also work collaboratively with their team on other projects involving software development and building integrations. Recently, they’ve helped us develop an API for a certain product. For that project, they handled the entire frontend work, from conceptualization to implementation.

Advetfly Solutions LLP has done a great job of meeting our expectations. The website looks beautiful, and our teammates and customers love it. We’ve also managed to establish a big media presence, which is credited to the beautiful designs their team has created.

How did Advetfly Solutions LLP perform from a project management standpoint?

They always meet deadlines and stay within budget. For communication, we use Zoom, Slack, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their communication and the quality of their work. They’re also really passionate about the work they do — their team never stops working on a project until we’re happy with what they deliver.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s a language barrier between their team and ours, but that normally happens when you work with people with diverse backgrounds.

Multiple kick-off meetings followed by clear goals definition, we used figma to share the designs and had regular communication using slack.

We got what we are looking for in terms of the website development using webflow. The team did a great job in ensuring it's done in a proper way.

Their understanding of the tasks and proactive work culture impressed us.

My goal was to migrate and consolidate ~15 websites built on outdated Wordpress templates into two new websites on a modern no-code solution, leveraging CMS functionality, to improve the maintainability, SEO performance, and user experience of our web presence.

This vendor was at an affordable budget, highlighted specific experience and expertise with Webflow as a platform, and demonstrated a portfolio of work that indicated an attention to detail, quality, and modern design sense.

We started with the establishiment if a visual design style guide in Figma, then a site structure design, then copy, then standardized Webflow templates, and then full implementation and polishing in Webflow while leveraging CMS and Ecommerce functionality to make it easy for non developers to maintain extensible content sections.

Primarily Jatin, the head of the firm.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The work resulted in a significant reduction in web maintenance cost, eliminating the need to hire and maintain a US based developer to be on call for modifying outdated GoDaddy hosted Wordpress websites. The work is also likely to result in and net increase in aggregate traffic across our web properties.

Jatin was extremely responsive by WhatsApp, emaill, and Google Hangouts. Turnaround times were often next day or expectations were set for the goals for the week, and expectations were always met. Many times, iterations on feedback & implementation were happening in next day cycles.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Jatin is humble, easygoing, competent, understands feedback, and reliably executes against direction quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I am very pleased with everything.
