I work for a marketing company. We provide marketing and advertising services to small businesses.

We outsource services to Agency Platform for fulfillment.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our projects are different from each other, but Agency Platform generally provides SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, and web design services. When we obtain a new contract, we reach out to the team and work hand-in-hand with them to develop a strategy. We ultimately execute that strategy together. In other words, there’s a division of responsibility among our teams; we determine the scope of work, and their resources execute it.

Moreover, Agency Platform develops content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They do everything from design to development and strategy. On top of that, they do paid ads on TikTok and Pinterest.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with around 20 people from Agency Platform.

How did you come to work with Agency Platform?

Our team found Agency Platform through online research. We evaluated a number of providers, and we ended up selecting them due to their technologies, customized plans, flexibility, and willingness to work with us.

How much have you invested with them?

Our investment is around $1 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Agency Platform in May 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We use various tools and analytical platforms to evaluate our client’s success factors consistently. Agency Platform has a proprietary dashboard that links all of these data points together to paint a bigger picture — we refer to it as a KPI report. Overall, their work is above average.

How did Agency Platform perform from a project management standpoint?

Agency Platform is highly flexible and adaptable. They make amazing accommodations where needed. To manage the project, they use a proprietary platform. We communicate via virtual means, such as email, Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet.
