I'm the CEO of Atlantic Access Ltd., an e-commerce company. We help brands expand into Europe by managing local stock, handling payments, and building an online presence through websites and Amazon, enabling digital growth before full-scale distribution.

What challenge were you trying to address with AI Operator?

We needed to train 10+ staff in different locations around the world on how to get better using AI.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tim (Founder) and the team set up a batch of remote training sessions. The training started with a basic understanding of AI and advanced to becoming a more advanced user over the course of multiple weeks. Tim provided online access, email support, and a number of different pieces of help during the process. They also recorded session guides.
