Akdev Group developed a drilling & logistics management platform. The system automates manual workflows, optimizes project setup, and enables real-time monitoring of drilling operations and costs. The platform allows our client to import drill hole data, allocate budgets, and launch projects efficiently. It features real-time cost tracking, logistics approvals, and production monitoring, with automated reporting to keep teams aligned.

The platform was delivered on time and within budget, integrating seamlessly into the client’s infrastructure. It automates data analysis, synchronizes with geological databases, and significantly improves operational efficiency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Akdev could have done differently?

While Akdev generally manages projects effectively, there is room for slight improvement in task prioritization and planning. Occasionally, the focus on urgent tasks overshadowed some of the important but not immediately pressing tasks, which could have been allocated more evenly. 

Fine-tuning this balance could enhance the flow and efficiency of project execution, ensuring that all aspects of the project receive the attention they require at the optimal time. This minor adjustment would likely lead to even smoother project progression and outcomes.
