None. Everytime I have a concern, I bring it up with their management team and they address it. Since our initial engagement, smalls things have gone wrong but they address it with integrity. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

Algofy came on board with us in November of last year, 2023. Since then they have ran all of our ads on Google and Meta services. They also build all of the creatives for ads, meet with us once every two weeks to go over performance and plan future strategies. They have also assisted us with any Meta issues. Algofy has helped in planning campaigns such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas Sales.

We have been able to measure the outcomes based on the ROAs ( Return on ads) as well as conversion rates for customers.
