How did you select this vendor?
They came well recommended by previous clients who were impressed with their meticulous and detail-oriented approach
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We conducted preliminary interviews covering the scope and functionality of the entire application as well as defining the scope of the initial POC. This was then followed by the creation of an initial draft of the wireframe on XD which was refined through user stories over the course of several subsequent meeting until a final POC wireframe and full product wireframe were completed. The wireframe allowed us to iterate through several versions if UI and UX until it was felt that the flow was intuitive and organic.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I primarily worked with an extraordinary designer who really sought to understand the complex functionality we are aiming to deliver. An experienced developer was also present for several meetings to make sure that the UI and UX would complement the intended front end development.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are still in the early stages of development but the results of the wireframe were exceptional and have allowed us to progress rapidly through our initial devleopment stage as well as providing a prototype for funding presentations.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was effortless and if i may say extremely enjoyable. They were affable and very easy to work with. They were also very responsive to emails and messages and were very punctual with deliverables.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was delighted with their work ethic and professionalism. The most impressive aspect was how closely they succeeded in achieving my vision for the wireframe.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Honestly speaking i couldn’t fault them if i tried.
