The cover is beautiful, the editing is very good, the blog writing was excellent. There are many very qualified and talented people in this group. Also they were attentive and on task. Special thanks to Michael Brown for convincing me to take this approach, to Bella for her support, and to Mathew, who was most diligent in completing our tasks. I know the rest of our team was always there to support.

We used Basecamp and email to correspond.
They kept a running dialogue on Basecamp so you could find tasks that needed to be completed.
They were quite timely in the response.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The people. They seemed to really care. That is very important.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Amazon Publishing Agency could have done differently?

There is no perfect system. Communication by phone was difficult for some reason but we worked through it. I am not a high tech person so just learning Basecamp was a challenge but I guess we did it. Also there are still a few issues I need to understand better, related to the website and social media. I am certain we will address and resolve those before completion.
