What specific goals or objectives did you hire Appsurd to accomplish?

We hired Appsurd to develop the initial MVP and core web platform for us. Our main objective was to build a fast, user-friendly system that seamlessly integrates our AI-driven reputation management and digital marketing tools for our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Appsurd handled the end-to-end design and development of our website and web application. The scope of work included UI/UX design, creating wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for our platform. The team also handled full-stack development for both our marketing website and the web app. The deliverables were a fully launched marketing website, an interactive client dashboard, and the backend infrastructure to support our tools.

Appsurd built the entire core functionality of our web application. Specifically, they implemented secure user authentication, created the main analytics dashboard to track reputation and review metrics, and handled integrations with third-party review platforms. They also developed our automated reporting system.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We launched the platform and website right on schedule and within budget. We also experienced a seamless deployment with zero critical post-launch bugs. Initial client onboarding has been incredibly smooth, with users specifically praising the intuitive design and speed of the analytics dashboard.

We had 95% user adoption; the vast majority of our initial clients started using the dashboard actively right away without needing extra technical support. The intuitive design cut the time it takes to onboard a new client in half. The analytics dashboard loads in under 1 second, maintaining stable performance even when processing heavy data.

These outcomes directly hit two of our major business goals. Cutting onboarding time in half significantly boosted our operational efficiency, allowing us to take on new clients much faster. Because the platform is so intuitive and stable, we've had virtually zero customer support tickets, which kept our overhead low during launch.
