To Complete this project and launch but this company is a scam, they shut our project down, stole us $6500.00 and left

Through FREELANCER which is the worst company we ever dealt with

This company is a SCAM, we hired them through FREELANCER.COM to build a classified website and they promised us to deliver a complete website and it took them two years. They gave us someone to work with, his name is Danish, he didn't know what to do.

We asked so many times to talk to the OWNER, but they are a group of SCAMMERS. At the end they shut our website down and stole us $6500.00 and left. Afterwards we tried to reach them, but they gave us the middle finger. I really recommend anyone who wants to do anything not to do business with these liars.

ALSO, DONT HIRE THEM THROUGH FREELANCER OR USE FREELANCER BECAUSE FREELANCER WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOU. ARHAMSCAM WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SHUT YOUR WEBSITE DOWN AND YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING AT ALL.

THEY WILL PROMISE YOU AND LIE TO YOU BUT THEY ARE TRULY SCAMMERS. DON'T BELIEVE THE REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY FORCED US TO RATE THEM 5 STARS ON FREELANCER WHEN THEY ONLY HAVE WORKED ABOUT 15% OF THE WEBSITE. 

What was the team composition?

Very bad Customer service, they are not responsive, their development team is 0, no experience , not helpful and just scam

Nothing , they are just thieves

Are there any areas for improvement?

This company needs to resolve the problems of their current and previous clients and return the stolen money. They stole us $6500.00

I strongly disagree with Mustafa and all his allegations, ArhamSoft is a multinational company and registered with government officials.

There was a big communication gap from Mustafa. He introduced different people to coordinate with us, and all had the same problem: they didn't understand our English, and everyone had their own wish list.

The website is still live here: https://secure.arhamsoft.com/usasooq/en/ . We always backup for all projects, and communication is the key to success. I strongly condemn this review again.
