• GOAL: Our goal with the UI design is to create an easier, friendlier, and simpler experience focusing on data visualization and flow. We require the following pages - dashboard, clients, orders, inventory, and complaints each having - add / edit, single view, and an all view with filters. We may require more pages in the future as and when we add features.

I’m the founder and CEO of StockPe. We’re gamifying the stock market to make it fun and accessible for millions of Indians to start their journey into the financial market.

We were looking for a reliable company to design the UI/UX for our app and website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Aufait UX  created a stock page prototype that was more in line with creating a gamified version of the stock market. Along with that, they made a wallet to pay a certain fee that would be required for the gamification. They used Figma, Flutter, Node.js, and more.

They also provided certain things to us that weren’t in the scope, like animation.

We had one main point of contact, and the co-founder was constantly in touch with us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were really excited because we won an award competition. We were the first company in India to receive the award. Additionally, the entire UX helped us increase our signup rates by 80%.

We did a lot of testing with our target group, and the UI/UX design suited the group.

Communication was perfect. We kept in touch through email, WhatsApp, and calls. Aufait UX was responsive through all the channels.

First, we’d highlight the team because they knew what they were doing. Moreover, the budget is a primary thing for any company, and Aufait UX stuck to it. Lastly, their communication skills were outstanding. They understood the concept, and if something was unclear, they got in touch with us.

A lot of creative work was involved, but they managed to pull it off within our desired timeframe.

I was the Lead Design Architect at a B2B eCommerce platform for rural India opening up newer possibilities for brands to make their products available to rural consumers. Our goal was to make a network that helps eCommerce companies reach customers in far-flung rural areas through its crowdsourced logistics network. Aufait UX began by analyzing our business and discussing the pain points, improvements, and changes we required in our website with our team and as well as our clients to understand the pain points, improvements, and changes required and we were extremely pleased with their project initiation with a deep analysis.

Our first week was devoted to brainstorming and aligning ourselves with each other. After that, we spent several weeks conceptualizing, drawing wireframes, and iterating on the visual design.

Our goal was to provide an e-commerce platform for our products which would be delivered by farmers directly after harvest and we would ship them to consumers according to their needs. AufaitUX started with user personas, followed them with wireframes, designs, and then created a fully functional user interface. I was extremely pleased with their process.
