We monitor several things and are primarily in the IT field. I supervise several subordinates and try and guide them.

What were your company's goals when you started looking for a partner?

We were looking for someone who we knew were reliable and weren't just out to score an easy buck or two. We wanted someone who carried themselves with integrity and were willing to be honest, even when things were not necessarily in their favor.

They make suggestions and determine avenues and routes our company can go. They try and minimize possible dangerous routes/pathways and let us know how to stay on top of things.
