The inability to uphold 45% of services offered. The company also lied to me several times in an effort to get me to believe I had registered as a mo they retainer client when there is no written record of that anywhere. Additionally in violation of Federal Trade Commission guidelines they offered services to my company in return for a Clutch review which after completed, were never fulfilled. All services still have not been fulfilled and I have not received any response or direct communication from Baden Bower since December 1st, 2024.
