Our main goal was to stabilize the existing product to increase the clients' satisfaction level, develop new features and set up a robust infrastructure for more manageable product maintenance.

I was looking for a software development firm to enhance our product and received a good referral for Bamboo Agile. Having previously worked with them successfully in the past, the decision was relatively simple.

They took our product and started modifying the software based on the requirements coming from our team.

Since the start of our collaboration, they've developed lots of HR and Payroll management features available for the management of administrative tasks, documents, employee benefits, onboarding or leaves, as well as for calculations of pays, reports generation, expenses tracking and many other.

Along with that, the product now supports multi salary types what allows to run payroll for employees based in satellite offices in different countries across the GCC. Bamboo Agile handled the enhancement of both web and mobile applications, modernizing the existing software functionality and releasing a new one.

In total, 16 specialists involved, including 4 back-end developers, 4 front-end developers, 1 iOS developer, 1 Android developer, 2 QA engineers, 1 UX/UI designer, 1 DevOps engineer, 1 Data Analyst and 1 Project Manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Because of Bamboo Agile's rapid and high-quality work, we’re able to keep our existing and new clients satisfied and have received great feedback so far - the updated version is more stable, user-friendly and enriched with most of the requested features.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

All of Bamboo Agile's work was extremely solid. We used agile planning and a scrum approach that involved daily stand-ups, sync calls and bi-weekly rituals of retrospective meetings.

Besides, the board in Jira allowed us to track the project status and leave the comments to each task. Our communication went smoothly, happening via phone calls, online meetings or the Microsoft teams chat.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I felt comfortable with the direction things were going. The skill of what they do, the speed of development, their transparency and straightforwardness in communication were the reason why the final product ends up being excellent. Bamboo Agile will still be considered our first choice if we need to augment efforts on this project or a new one.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There’s nothing major I would consider advising them to do. The only minor thing coming to my mind is that from time to time they rarely updated the issue status in Jira. Apart from that, I had no concerns regarding our communication with their team.

To develop and implement a web and mobile app based information exchange platform being user friendly for both our service and parts teams and end-user (primarily customer's technical and operator staff) in order to insure simple request input on customer's side and systematic processing and categorization on our side with sufficient record tracking and reporting capabilities

We were satisfied with their previous services in another field so decided in favor of a trusted and reliable supplier.

Project still in progress - initially started off with some research on our current business practices and requirements (including some of our customers' FAQ and our suppliers' requirements on data processing and exchange). Developed three possible solution strategies, left one behind and worked further to include the benefits of the remaining two in the business assignment.

We provided the Bamboo Agile team with all our requirements to the messaging service, including the frequency of messages, their volume, size, local operators to integrate the engine with and technical details for the integration. Then Bamboo Agile came up with the proposed customisable platform to use as a basis for integration for future scaling. They undertook the entire integration of the platform and CMS with the Sportsbook Admin panel, checked the performance and fixed bugs. Since the release, they have been maintaining and upkeeping the integrated solution.

We worked with 1 DevOps and 1 Business Analyst that collected all the requirements and led the integration process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The messaging service has attracted thousands of subscribers right in a month after its release allowing us to align the information delivery process for our existing and new users. Bamboo Agile followed up to make sure everything was working properly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They fully followed the Agile methodology and supported excellent continuous communication through calls, Slack chat and Jira. Yauheni, as the main point of contact, held weekly meetings to report on the current process to our project team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Bamboo Agile demonstrated an extremely high speed of response to our requests and understood our business goals. They did their best to meet our expectations while having few team members involved.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were surely satisfied with the results after the messaging service release, therefore we decided to continue partnership for future enhancements. The only point worth recommending for improvements is to gather much experience with less widely used security protocols to meet some local market needs.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We had already an existing website that we were not satisfied with and we were looking for a light, easy, and fast solution to implement. Also, we were limited in time by the beginning of IAAPA Expo in Florida to represent a new digital product with a user-friendly interface and easy navigation. We got good feedback about our website during the Expo.

The management and the team were extremely responsive to all our requirements, all the time they were in contact with me and our team. The product was delivered on time and within the discussed budget.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I felt that the Bamboo Agile was very concentrated and dedicated to the project. They worked hard to deliver our product. We didn’t have any issues with different time zones, as the team was communicating with us 24/7.

Mobile payment apps like E-Wallet can set the trend for e-payment systems, bringing various benefits to users by removing intermediate steps such as commuting, signing papers, withdrawing cash, etc. With such features as "Add to favorites", quick-to-set reminders, and payment history the E-Wallet makes over 2,000 payment types doable with a single tap.

I liked to work with Bamboo agile because our communication is extremely effective and project manager is an expert in his sphere. We communicated through email, phone, and in-person. It can also be utilized in the e-commerce sector to send regular messages such as newsletters or sales notifications to a subscriber base. Its functionality is continually extended to keep it cutting-edge and meeting the latest market requirements.

We had close communication and they provided us with continual updates. We communicated through different channels and had a daily check-in, allowing us to understand the progress, adjustments, or expedited work.
