Create an MVP for Rainbook and then build upon the initial release to include additional connections and features. Build the platform from the ground up, from the servers to the admin to the front end.

Final product delivered with ongoing maintenance and support.

The Bellwood team was very proactive and responsive. The project was delivered on-time and as we grew our user base and encountered edge case scenarios, the team addressed them quickly and successfully. Bellwood feels like an extension of our own in-house team.

The vendor was in place when I joined the company.

They provide 4 developers. Two of them were PHP developers and two of them were .NET resources.

I was not part of the recruitment process. When I joined the company the additional resources were already hired and working on projects.

What was the scope of the vendor's involvement?

Connor lead the development teams supporting 2 business applications.

What is the status of this engagement?

Connor completed all the projects he was asked to support.

The PHP and .Net developers demonstrated adequate experience and deliver on the projects that were assigned to them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was an onshore tech lead - Connor whom was very a very valuable resource to have on the team. They did a very good job driving projects and managing the offshore team.

How did their team perform from a project management standpoint?

Connor lead the projects and managed the resources on the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Connor was extremely knowledgeable with the technologies we used.  He was very thorough and detail oriented which helped him deliver his projects successfully.

One of the biggest deciding factors in working with Bellwood is ease of collaboration. They're wonderful to work with.
