I am responsible for the technical aspects of our website. I was tasked with migrating our Magento site to Magento 2, but we were struggling to find an agency that could do the job right. We had previously worked with an agency that was failing to meet their deliverables and missing deadlines. Faced a looming deadline, and we had to make a decision to drop that other agency in search of another that could get the job done. This is how we came across the Bemeir team. 

Their team was able to quickly assess the situation and develop a plan to migrate our site on time and within budget. They were also able to work with us to customize the Magento 2 platform to meet our specific needs. Bemeir's team is highly skilled and experienced in Magento migrations. I hired Bemeir to update my website and more importantly, help to fix an ongoing issue - my site was not communicating with Square, which I use in my brick & mortar store, causing inventory issues and lost revenue. The website has been beautifully updated, works much better on all platforms and after months of effort, it now communicates correctly with Square 99% of the time.

The Bemeir team was patient, clear and persistent in communicating with BigCommerce (my web hosting platform) and bringing me in the loop so I now have a point of contact there who is going to continue to support me in resolving the remaining issues.

The synch between Bigcommerce and Square works properly now and the website works much better on smart phones and tablets.
