We hired Bluewolf to design and build a mobile application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built the mobile application from scratch and were responsible for the design and development. We requested the app to be user-friendly so our customers could easily communicate with us through it. The team used iOS, Android, and Firebase.

We worked together from July 2023–January 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We delivered the application, meeting our operational objectives. The design and functionality were exactly what we wanted.

The project's main objective was to meet and exceed the optional objective set out from the very beginning. This was achieved, or all our aim was achieved, and we've had nothing less than 1,000 downloads on the apps on the Google Play Store.

People responded very well; our customers loved it and liked everything about the app. Moreover, the clients praised them for their work, availability, support, and impressive performance throughout the engagement. 

How did Bluewolf perform from a project management standpoint?

They addressed every issue that came up professionally and very well. We communicated via email and virtual meetings. 

After many months of hard work, we are very happy to have our app completed. We are so happy with the end results. The design and operations are exactly what we were looking for. I would like to thank them for their great work and for their consistency in this work. So, I have nothing bad to say about them. They are very good, and we love their service. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We love everything about them. I was impressed throughout my time working with them, and this impression started from the very first meeting. We concluded that the team and all three projects are technical leads. Their projects are very good. We love everything they do. I would like to tell everyone who wants to engage with them to go ahead. They are the best service provider you can ever work with.

No, there weren't any. They were so good in every aspect of the project. They are very good at delivering and exceptional projectors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bluell?

We wanted to consolidate our development team and partner with them to build an application that would provide our customers with the best mobile hub experience possible and access to cutting-edge, resource-leveraging, proprietary scanning technologies.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We required a completely revamped backend and frontend design and development. We initially provided them with everything the project would include, such as some documents about our company and what we needed to do. We also provided them with a reference app that we wanted our app to look like.

The app they're building for us will allow us to receive payments and connect with some of our customers, which will make things easier for us.

What is the team composition?

We have five people from their team. Two of them manage it, and the other three cross-check for errors.

We saw them online and decided to work with them because their prices fit our budget and they offered good value.

We’ve spent $150,000.

We started the project in January 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have high confidence in Bluell’s work and see them as a strong partner for our product. We love the work they've been doing for us, and we haven’t had any problems with them. Overall, they’ve been keeping all their promises, and we love everything they’ve been doing.

How did Bluell perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines, and we don’t have any problems with them. They perform every part of the business very well, and their employees are friendly. We communicate through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We find a lot of things impressive about them. Their collaborative feedback and communication skills are great, and they’ve been very good in every aspect.

No, they’re perfect. I’ll work with them anytime, and after this one, I’ll give them other projects.
