I work at Woodstream™, where our portfolio of trusted brands delivers innovative pest solutions, environmentally friendly products for home, lawn, and garden, and eye-catching birding accessories. In my role, I help enable the technology and systems that support these brands—partnering with the business to modernize our IT environment, optimize investments, and ensure our teams have reliable, scalable tools to operate efficiently and drive growth.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bluewave Technology Group?

We engaged Bluewave Technology Group to help us address rising IT costs and increasing complexity across deskside support, infrastructure, and telecommunications, while ensuring service quality and scalability. We needed an objective partner to evaluate options, guide the move to an external support model, modernize our telecommunications environment, and optimize vendor relationships to drive better outcomes and measurable cost savings.
