Their team conducted the necessary market research. Afterwards we met with their marketing and walked through the types of Ads and posts that will be posted. We had a LINE chat group created in order to go through and approve any of the posts prior to them getting published.

If I don't understand something, he is wonderful about explaining all the details to me. He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to advertising for our business and keeps me very informed on any updates in a timely fashion.

Their knowledge, efficiency, dedication, and responsiveness exceeded my expectations. The working relationship between myself and my analyst, could not be a better match. He knows I'm a control-freak and he doesn't fault me for it. I know he's great at his job and I never question his insight or recommendations. It is a win-win.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

The only regret I have about Eddy and the Boost 10X Team is not having switched to them sooner. I have not a single complaint. They're absolutely great at what they do and I trust them 100%!

Initially, Power Digital made an SEO audit of our website and set up a basic plan for growing our organic traffic. Then, they took charge of executing that strategic plan to build SEO content and increase our Google rankings, with wasting a lot money on ads.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Boost 10x quickly identified pages within our site that represented an opportunity to increase our organic search positioning. Thanks to their efforts, we went from having hundreds of visitors coming in organically every month to having a few thousands of visitors within 8 months. The 10X increase in organic visitors was possible due to Boost 10x’s page optimizations, content development, and interlinking strategies, which helped us rank keywords better. Additionally, we were able to increase our domain authority from 9–12, which was a very meaningful improvement considering the short amount of time in which they achieved it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Boost 10x had very good processes in place to develop a tracking system for the tasks they were responsible for; we mostly organized the project using Google Docs and Sheets. We also coordinated with them on content development, using a clear calendar to see which pieces of content were in development, which ones were ready for approval, and which ones were ready to publish.

One aspect of Boost 10x that really stood out as I evaluated different agencies was that they took the time to understand our business model well and lay out a specific plan for the e-commerce industry. They created a very tailored plan, focusing on local searches and specific targeting, which went a long way in securing our relationship.

I don't think so. They did a great job, and we were very happy with their performance. We didn’t end our collaboration because of them, but because we were going in a different direction, so we ended our partnership on good terms
