We had desktop based system to manage all products & clients information. It was very risky and difficult to manage in desktop machines.

Thought, we must have a cloud service to manage these all, and then and idea came to mind is to start selling online. So, to make an online selling website & mobile application we hired Born Techies Solutions.

What were your goals for this project?

All desktop based management system we wanted to make online with cloud services. Also, planned to connect CRMs & ERPs to manage catalog & customer data. Ultimately goal was to get more sales from online system.

In meet Magento campaign of US I met them, then I searched in google and linkedin for their reviews and services, and they were hired.

First phase was making mockups & sketches, so we understand agree how our store would look like. Born Techies made it and provided to us. Then design of the project started with mobile responsive layout, and integrated to our newer Magento system.

Here they imported all our .Net system's data to Magento, along with orders, products, categories, customers, reviews and all. Then, they integrated shipping, payments, SAP ERP, ZOHO CRM, and Google Ads.

What was the team composition?

We were using PMS system JIRA to manage project, tasks and team members. So, I was leading the project requirement from US, and Born Techies was leading the development team with their one manager at India. All the communication was happening on mail/pms.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Of course, after we moved online, we are got 70% hike in the quarterly revenue.

We can easily manage our catalog & product informations though Magento system. Drop shipping functionality fulfilled by Amazon is helping us a lot, with this system we removed almost all headaches. Total 5 payment methods are setup on our online store, so, I never got a single complaint from customer, that they do not have this method to pay.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Using JIRA, we were doing project & tasks management. Where three different team were working together, one from US and two teams of Born Techies from India. We schedule a meeting, decide a timeline and they deliver on the same date they committed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They provide excellent project quality and are committed toward the deadline. They take 100% accountability for what they build in our website. Always ready to give support on my single call.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As we and Born Techies are in different time zone, sometimes we had gap in scheduling meeting, so they might start nigh shifts to handle US clients. However most of the times we managed. So, it's just my though.

7000 customers are browsing our store every day, in which 1000 customers are buying products. 30% conversation rate. It is just because of application built without any single glitches. eCommerce application made this simple.

5 star ratings by real customers. Our vendors are also happy, because we helped they to sell their local products/accessories, and are now very famous in all over the Dubai city.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Meetings are happened on Skype or offline in Dubai or Ahmedabad. But a very few offline meetings we required. Because our whole project was managed through Jira PMS. Two team leaders were involved to handle development, design & marketing activities.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team management, as well as project and task management, stood out. Also, their quick project delivery, communication, quick bug fix solution, urgent support 24x7. I say - all excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes, a small improvement I need is - 24 hours running company they should setup, in terms of development to be made in a small time.

HK eCommerce CN - an eCommerce mobile channel. Platform as solution. All in one solution for vendors of all countries in the world. The platform provides integrations of ERPs like Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, MS NAV. This system can be used by solo retailer, marketplace, B2B or B2C vendors. 

Omnichannel marketing tools are associated to do branding or online store. Here, Born Techies team helped us in world class Graphics Designs, different eCommerce unit setup based on customer requirements. They simplified Akeneo connectivity with our mobile commerce project with native API of Akeneo. Catalogue product management is now much easier.

What was the team composition?

Team strength was 8. Having developers, leaders, devops & QA. Devops people were responsible for sprint release of developed units. And entire team was associated with helping new customers setup eCommerce channel as per their requirement.

The whole is connected now with HK eCommerce CN after we built the Simplified eCommerce Mobile Channel project. It is very easy now for all vendors to get their online store's requirement in one place, doesn't matter the vendor is small, medium or large.

Since the projects launched this May 2019, we serve 150+ biggest startups in Hong Kong, New Zealand, UK, USA, India, China, Africa & Australia. The most important about this project is maintenance activities & upgradability. Very few complaints from customers. Amazing! We are growing in ratio of 800% plus. The whole world's eCommerce leaders' needs are now satisfied with our project.

Two leaders were assigned and relocated from India to Honkong in order to manage all requirement flow in a smooth way. It saved us lots of hours in terms of communication. Team at Born Techies were pro active, meaning while the development of this project, because they are expert in this eCommerce industries.

Nothing to share much here, but, they should improve skills in their R & D department as world is going fast in terms of new technology adoption.

Cunningpro Technologies is Trading corporation for the B2B vendors coming together, do meetings, agree to become traders, and start selling another vendors' products. Since 2002 we have been providing Trading services in Ahmedabad, India. Grew up with Gujarati vendors, and, last 3 years we have expanded our business all over the Indian states with 6 majors cities including Mumbai.

Online Trading System Two applications Born Techies built for us, one Trade website and second hybrid mobile app for Trading. Total three teams we hired at Born Techies, including graphics designers, eCommerce developers and quality analysis. First, we had 20-25 meetings to make the functionality draft of web & mobile applications.

Then, graphics team developed graphics designs, programmers have setup online system, QA team tested whole functionalities as per our requirement. This process took 11 months to build our system, before a few months we have become the online Trade leader. And Born Techies have been providing superb support.

Total three teams we hired at Born Techies, including graphics designers, eCommerce developers and quality analysis. One team leader & CEO was in my continues contact for any changes or deployment or urgent help.

Before 2-3 years, we had to assign our 3 executives to make a single successful Trade business meetings, product management etc. Now, these all are done through newly built online system. Having 50-60 online Trade meetings every day. 500 plus orders, 5000 plus online customers. Ranking in google has gained at it's top. Previously our focus was one city, now we are dealing with whole India!

The Born Techies' all developers & managers are fabulous at their role. Assigned tasks .They helped us a lot at each level of application development. Always quick replies, lots of scheduled on time meetings. Scheduled functional/code deployments.

Born Techies team has exact same B2B eCommerce application development skills what we expected to become our eCommerce Technology partner. Online deliveries, advanced communicators, experienced programmers and managers we like most. They always have plan B, if something we want isn't feasible to build. Small improvement we need is - they should have language Translators in their office who can help our different teams with Telugu/Hindi /Tamil/Bengali vendors.

Ferris Music boss is happy, users are very happy, what else do we need. Most powerful e-commerce mobile application they developed for us had zero downtime since last 8 months, our app is capable to handle thousands of online customer at a time. Order processing with drop shipping services is helping us a lot to server better.

Born Techies has assigned us one big team including 7 experienced developers, 3 frontend developers, 2 graphics designers, 2 QAs & 1 project manager. They are superb in all aspects, no doubt.

Project execution, following code development standards, team members, consultations, on time deliveries, a minimum bugs in developed application. They have been giving an excellent support since last 2 years.

I advise them to learn new Hybrid mobile technologies, as new era of e-commerce leaders will not like native IOS & Android.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The PWA experience made a huge difference in our sales, with revenue from mobile users going up by 39% in the quarter after we launched the app. The app also had a bounce rate ratio of minus 800%. We also saw an improvement in our app speed, which now takes 1–3 seconds to load any page.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was effective. Born Techies Solutions completed all of the projects within seven months. We had no communication gap as they were always ready to discuss solutions.
