We initially hired Brafton for content generation support for our blog. We’ve since extended the scope to include SEO and Google Ads support across many countries.

We started working with Brafton in May 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a +19.5% YOY increase in our global SEO rankings. We’ve also seen a 4% improvement in our CTR for paid ads in North America and a +100% YOY increase in generated leads. 
We’ve noticed an increase in our AEO rankings, better CTRs on paid ads, and more time spent on our website. We measure leads generated through Google Ads, and that’s growing as well. We’ve seen a great impact from Brafton’s SEO work, which is now also resulting in great AEO pick-up and coverage.

Brafton’s project management is really good. They keep pushing us when we need it and keep up the pace. We communicate via virtual meetings and emails.

For 2025, we have requested a series of content projects for our multiple product categories, these include ebooks, whitepapers, articles, infographics, normal and SPB blogs and videos. The purpose of these projects are to provide valuable content for lead generation activities and giving our sales team resources to share with customers.

In order to determine whether or not a project was successful depends on a number of variables. One of the major determinors for videos is how many of our sales team shared the content. We've seen a significant number of our team share Brafton videos on their LinkedIn, highlighting its value for informing the audience on specific products, features, benefits and so on.

Our Project Manager, Marielle, continues to meet deadlines and provide important updates on several ongoing projects. When last minute changes need to be made, they are rectified immediately so that we can remain on target.

There are several elements that make Brafton an impressive company; from quality output to exceptional time efficiency, however I do wish to focus on the team at play. Julia and Marielle have been crucial in ensuring that all our requirements are met without hesitation. They are quick to follow up and provide support when it comes to meeting deadlines and commencing new projects. We are in great hands. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brafton could have done differently?

We wish to continue our long relationship with Brafton, however we hope that the pricing isn't annually raised to point where it becomes unaffordable, as it is already quite expensive. We would like to know that our loyalty isn't being taken for granted. Overall, no other improvements from our end.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brafton?

We needed support with our marketing plan for a video shoot and to compose still photos and videos for trade show marketing events.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brafton has provided a selection of still images captured from on-site photos and compiled footage for two 30-second videos. The edited videos have been provided for final use in our marketing plan, trade shows, website, social media posts, and brochures. The team has done an amazing job of collecting photos, videos, and compiling B-Roll materials to create the videos, which have exceeded our requirements for the exact materials and details we need.

Moreover, Brafton has created multiple videos from scratch, resulting in amazing commercials and scripts that have been used at global industry events for our industry. The attendees have gone out of their way to compliment VLocker on the quality and professional look of the commercials and our marketing materials. The still photos have been amazing captures of the product on location, helping to tell a story with fewer words.

We found Brafton online via Google search. When we reviewed the submissions from the selected organizations, we preferred the professional presentation and attention to detail that Brafton provided from the first meeting through the pitch. The team explained what they could do to add long-term value as a partner, not just a single project solution.

We started working with Brafton in April 2025, and our current project scope has been completed. We're already in conversations for our next scope of work for the 2026 marketing plan.

The process has been amazing. Jake has been great, keeping the team on track, providing valuable feedback, and communicating weekly to ensure all team members were informed as we progressed. Moreover, Brafton's attention to detail is evident in the final product. Our primary form of communication has been weekly calls via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.

All Brafton's team members' tools and skills, both on and behind the scenes, have enabled them to provide updates, additional ideas for improving our business image, and other marketing initiatives. My online presence has completely transformed through my website plus creation of my Google Business page and Citations.

I've gone from a 1 page website that wasn't maximising my assets or expertise, to a 45 page site with all new positioning and messaging which has truly elevated me within my industry.

The e mail marketing campaign has enabled me to reach my target customer and new audiences who I just wouldn't have had access to previously.

We had a project manager assigned to us for each project within our broader scope, items were delivered on time or if a deadline needed to be adjusted it was communicated ahead of time. Response time was usually within 24 business hours, and they would follow up with us if we were taking too long to respond. Overall, Brafton is very prompt and clear in their communication of project updates and deliverables. We are a very large company and they were great with communication by recognizing that they need to be the main drivers of ongoing communication.

Brafton's copywriting has been great. One of the white papers delivered had 4,000 downloads in one email campaign, which was a very high result. Brafton meets our copywriting objectives, but they don't manage the marketing aspect.

How did Brafton perform from a project management standpoint?

Brafton delivers the work on time and within budget. We use their custom platform to track the project's progress, and we communicate via email and Google Meet.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Natalie is a great project manager. We’ve had multiple projects going on at once with different members of Brafton's team and our team. Natalie keeps things going and ensures the deliverables are on time. If something is delayed, it’s clear why. She’s excellent at nudging.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are almost too many teammates on our calls. It would be easier if one person managed the kickoff. Although it's minor, Brafton is trying to ensure everyone is on the same page, which isn't bad. We haven't seen great results from the advertising, but I don’t blame the team. The outcomes haven't met our marketing objectives.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I suggest working with the writer you like. If a teammate doesn't meet your style or technical needs, Brafton is very helpful. Don't think that could be the end because Brafton has a big team. Additionally, I recommend using their project management platform; it’s good and saves you from writing emails. You can view everything there, including the project's catalog, team, dates, and progress.

In addition, their responsiveness to feedback and ability to quickly make revisions, often within just a few days, was a testament to their dedication to delivering high-quality work.

Working with Brafton was always a pleasure, and this was largely due to the collaborative and team-oriented approach of the project managers, Alex and Julia. They made us feel like we were all working together toward a common goal, and their frequent check-ins and updates kept us informed and engaged throughout the project.

With regard to content writing, although we were always satisfied with the final result, we often noticed that there was still considerable editing that was required after the first drafts were handed over. Technical Website Audit - they ran a gold audit on my website and provided feedback to improve it. They delivered a complete audit report at the end. Content development - they research SEO words that will benefit us, they write up research briefs for review, then they provide copy, finally they deploy it to my blog section of my website.
