Please describe your company and your position there.

I am currently the Marketing Director of Ziołolek. We are a pharmaceutical company that produces dermocosmetics & drugs based on original Polish recipes, which, combined with modern production methods, give good results in treatment and prevention. We specialize in the production of dermatological drugs and effervescent salts.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brandma™?

The company's main mission is "Good Quality" and the operation is based on modern technology and the highest management standards. As a result, the products delivered to the market meet the requirements of modern medicine, pharmacy, and cosmetics, which had to be expressed in our product packaging. Brandma was hired to show that and add relevance to our shelf packaging.

We were referred to Brandma by one of their clients.

Brandma has been invaluable in designing our products out there, creating a benchmark online and offline, also using our market research, and assisting us with brand messaging. They have redesigned most of our product packaging, from dermo cosmetics to OTC to dietary supplements. They're interesting because they spent a lot of time working on our mission, who we are, who our audience is, and how to message the values we're after. They've taken us through the entire procedure.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with three people from their team which includes the Project Manager, Creative Director, and their Art Director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While getting to know you and learning about the scope of your project, the Brandma team pays close attention to every detail. By the time they present their findings, they should know as much (if not more) about your brand as you do. This knowledge is transferred into their creative and strategic work, resulting in precise deliverables at every stage. This resulted in a more efficient approval process and a clear path forward for execution for us. Furthermore, we conducted shelf presence, relevance, and exposure tests in consumer settings and received extremely positive feedback on our brand perceptions. Also our sales growth shows that was a good job.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We applaud their coalescence, we blended into one team and executed projects excellently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are problem solvers and innovators. They don't object to our requests, they were very accommodating, gave recommendations and general brand advise. They are also very vast in printing knowledge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything they could have done better. I've been very pleased with all of their efforts and the conversations we've had that contribute to everything running as smoothly as it does.

I am the CEO, owner and founder of Garlee Brand. At Garlee we believe that good food should be produced in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner. As a result, we only use garlic grown in a Polish organic farm with the utmost respect for nature and the environment. Our labels and packaging are made from environmentally friendly materials, with no use of plastic or foil.

Garlee represents quality of life for us, being deep, intriguing, and one-of-a-kind. We needed great packaging for this superfood brand, as well as design for the recipe book, labels, product photos and everything else required for marketing of such an innovative product.

Brandma has been extremely helpful in promoting our products, establishing a benchmark online and offline through extensive market research, and assisting us with brand messaging. Their relation with the printing house assisted us in achieving a difficult form of printing for the product packaging due to their printing knowledge. Labels, Product photos and Recipe book were designed by them too.

We worked with four people from their team: Project Manager, Creative Director, two Graphic designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the foreign market, the full communication was understood, and branding was generally accepted. The packaging was unique and well received by customers. Even though the product is innovative, the brand's success is assured with this branding.

It was seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Brandma™ team operated with adaptability, focus, and compassion. Their approach to naming and visual identity is clearly rooted in many years of experience, and their knowledge of printing is an added bonus. They have honed a methodology for quickly and efficiently delivering powerful and distinguishing branding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing they could have done better, in my opinion. I am very pleased with all of their efforts and the conversations that we had.

We engaged Brandma to change a few small graphics on our site, once they were done great, we expanded our collaboration.

For our communication to be effective, we need clear communication of values. Also to show the professional, consistent image of our company.

They were a partner of one of the UX events we organized. It was enjoyable working on the event so we decided to continue it.

We are a Magento expert - our clients say. That's great, but our goal is to communicate that our client doesn't have to speak the language of the developers, and we help them to grow their eCommerce channels.

We work with their creative director Mateusz & Art Director Maciej.
