For what projects/services did your company hire BUILD A BETTER WEBSITE LLC, and what were your goals?

Our website was created over 10 years ago and had become outdated. We wanted to come up with a clean basic look to freshen up the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Build A Better Website via a local google search in our area. We wanted to find someone we could deal with via zoom and on rare occasions, locally in person.

Build a better website has a nice onboarding flow that we had to fill out that eventually turned into a kick off call. From there they got to work on building some mockups and wireframes for our site. After a few tweaks, they updated our site to present to our clients an easy simple way to contact us for our services.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project Manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. We did have some communication with their design and development team, but 99% was funneled via the PM.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our new site we saw an 40% uptick in contact rate. We also were complimented on the new layout and flow.

There was a weekly meeting with the project manager that provided us updates on the progression of our site. The communication was sold.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided us a site that was easy to update and manage. They added some nice features into WordPress that allowed us to be more efficient with our scheduling.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that I can think of at this time.
