Burst Digital provided us with web development and branding services. The team delivered a logo associated with our values, a brand book containing the colors, fonts, and different approaches to marketing strategies, and a WordPress-based website. The main functions of the website are the complete management of online job vacancies and linking capabilities to social media websites.

The project is done, but they’re currently providing us with monthly maintenance and support.

Our main point of contact was an account manager, who was highly communicative and straightforward. They also had a development and design team, but I’ve never spoken with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested about £6,000 (approximately $7,300 USD) on this project, and spend £100 ($120 USD) monthly on maintenance.

We worked on this project from August–November 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The key drivers to our success are increased customer engagement and positive feedback to experience. I found the team very knowledgeable, and they essentially served as a one-stop shop for all my needs.

The team consistently answered all my questions and responded with optimal solutions, so it was a very easy engagement. I communicated with the project manager through WhatsApp and phone.

I’ve had feedback from Vivienne in particular, who was very impressed with the quality of Burst Digital’s work and the depth of creativity that they provided for the branding choices around color schemes and logo positioning. 

I myself have found Burst Digital to be extremely responsive and very helpful. If have any requests or questions at any time, I find that there's always someone from their team to answer.

Burst Digital has performed really well in terms of project management. We use email, Zoom, and WhatsApp for communication and Trello for project management.

We’re most impressed with Burst Digital’s flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile to cater to our needs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Burst Digital’s work, we’ve been getting significantly more hits on our site and quite a lot more sales. Before working with them, our website was a bit clunky and difficult to use, and now it runs very smoothly and looks very professional — we’re very happy with how it’s turned out.

How did Burst Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is really good, and they stick to our budget. They’re always contactable and able to help with any questions we have. We typically communicate via email, and we’ve called them on the phone a couple of times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve used a couple of other providers, and Burst Digital works more quickly than them. Plus, we’ve had immediate results — after just 4–5 weeks since they revamped our website, we’re already noticing both site hits and sales picking up. Overall, we’re very happy with Burst Digital.

No, I don’t think there’s anything they need to improve.

They led me through the process and what they required from me. So, my recommendation is to follow Burst Digital’s advice and do what they ask for — they’re great.

I’m the head of marketing at Famooshed.; we’re a startup for an online farmers market working in London's South East. We're providing a platform for small food manufacturers and distributors and connecting them with a wider market through an integrated platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We've used Burst Digital for several services; they've helped us create a strong branding and social media presence, and we've also used them for SEO and website design.

I collaborated with Jaspar (Founder) on our website design, ensuring that everything was sorted down to small things like color schemes and cohesiveness in our UI. We also use them for content creation and posting on our social media. They did our web design based on existing code, and I think they used WordPress.

We’ve been finishing the final stages of creating our website, but we’ve started to plan our Google and Facebook ads. Jasper is helping us create a strategy to best and most effectively use our money. We’ve also been making a backlog of content that we will start posting regularly when the product is finished.

It’s been a collaborative process where I present the key points we want to get across about the product and use them to create the content. Also, our team in charge of website development worked closely with Burst Digital to make sure the entire aesthetic looked right according to our brand. For the SEO portion of the work, we put all of that in their hands because we’re not experts in that.

I heard about them through a friend who used their services and said they were a really good company. I liked how they provide their services, and it was largely a really big leap of faith. I looked at all of their previous projects, and when I spoke to Jasper, he explained everything in layman's terms, which is very helpful. I thought they provided a very clear, straightforwards, and efficient service, which led me to choose them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve provided a really good service, and everything's looking quite different since we’ve been using them. They’ve done a great job with our website and social content planning. For SEO, it’s quite hard to say because we’re at the beginning stages, but I think there’s been an improvement with our Google search rankings.

They perform well in project management, and we have an effective communication stream. They also meet the deadlines perfectly, and if they have any delays, they let us know. In terms of tools, we typically communicate with them over the phone, WhatsApp, and Zoom.

I like how they work in their general vibe and energy; they're very transparent, effective, and explain things very well.

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.
