So far, we’ve managed to increase the number of incoming monthly leads and as a result, also the number of new registered clients. Our exposure in the sector has also risen, and people are more aware of our brand and our advantages over competitors.

They developed structured Q&A content and case studies designed to be easily cited by Large Language Models. They established our Wikipedia presence and monitored sentiment across platforms AI systems validate, like Reddit and education forums.

Deliverables included earned media placements, AI friendly content assets, and also provided reports tracking our brand's appearance in AI-generated EdTech recommendations.

Within a couple of months, university administrators asking AI tools for LMS recommendations started seeing our platform cited with accurate descriptions. That’s not an easy task since our company has very specific targeting and requirements that change from month to month. They handle the full process - researching and selecting the sites, negotiating publication costs, writing high-quality articles, posting them, and ensuring they rank well in search results. I’m not sure exactly how they do it, but it works. They also created and optimized our Wikidata and Crunchbase profiles, which are very important for how people see our brand even before they click on any search result. In addition, they have supported us in our user-generated content efforts, which are absolutely essential today.
