Preparation of design guidelines for website developers.

Latvian Railway greatly appreciates the exceptional work carried out by Caballero in transforming our holding’s new website UX and design. Their comprehensive approach, which included a detailed website analysis, an examination of the target audience, and the development of information architecture, wireframes, and custom design, has revitalized our online presence. 

Caballero initiated the design process with a mobile-first approach, conducted meticulous preparation of design guidelines, and ensured an accessible experience for all our users, incorporating the implementation of accessibility standards. Note: the website development is still in progress therefore the design will be available for review after the website is made public.

Are there any areas for improvement or something caballero could have done differently?

Of course, there is always room for development for everyone, but we are completely satisfied with what they have done and would recommend them to anyone who values high professionalism and excellent results within the specified deadlines.
