I am the COO of Trocando em Miudos, a brand that creates design accessories that empower women all over the world. Our company was founded in 2006 and we have are located in Brazil.

As we were expanding our business, we needed to boost our website, e-commerce and our digital presence.

We needed to build a strong website that created value for the brand along with strong storytelling on the digital channels.

Cappen was strongly recommended to us by many other brands. There were other possible vendors, but Cappen was the one who gave us the confidence we needed for the project.

Cappen designed, developed, configured and launched our website along with a custom CMS. The project began with a discovery phase, UX, UI and then once we had an approved prototype, we felt comfortable to build the final project. The agency's holistic vision has helped us understand various ways to improve our business as a whole.
What was the team composition?
The project team had 06 people including different skills. The Client Manager helped us to understand the process and follow up the project progress.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The project completion was a major achievement for our business. Users are spending more time on the website and Our online sales performance has grown considerably with the user-focused platform.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The Project Management was very clear and impressive. The agile methodology helped us to work in different pieces at a time, using sprints to meet the deadlines. They helped a lot our team to manage expectations and results.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We had direct access to the CEO and project manager, which make the process really smooth. Cappen has a holistic eye for each project, so they can anticipate any possible issues. They also have a hi-end touch for design and to a pixel perfect delivery.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We really liked the way they managed the whole proceess and expectations. I hope that in a future project we have more time to do users interviews and improve even more our UX.
