The scope of work involves automating the process of preparing urbanism certificates for the city of Listrac-Médoc, using a custom-designed robot (RPA) named the Urbanism Robot. This technology streamlines the preparation of certificates, enhancing efficiency and reducing errors. 
Key deliverables include the automated extraction of required information, connection to the public administration website for data retrieval, preparation of the certificate with detailed information, and saving the certificate for review. This solution dramatically reduces the administrative workload and time required to prepare certificates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project led to a significant reduction in both the administrative workload and the time required to prepare urbanism certificates, from 2 hours to just 15 minutes per certificate. This improvement not only increased efficiency but also minimized the potential for errors in the preparation process. These outcomes highlighted the project's success in enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy our administration.

Honestly, absolutely nothing. They even came to our office to go through the process with our team personnaly! This was a nice touch we deeply appreciated

For what projects/services did your company hire Capto, and what were your goals?

We had a bunch of boring tasks like gathering data from different sources. On a daily basis, we had to gather these data manually, put in in the right format to make them usable, conduct analysis in google sheet and create reports or invoices manually.

First we had a preliminary call where we explained our need, our problems. Then on their side, Capto worked on a first version of the robot. At that time, I was so impressed by the speed at which they understood in depth our business and its involvement. Then, all adjustments were made regarding our comments until having a final version of the robot. They builed 7 robots for ou company in less than 4 months.

Everyone can of course improve but the level of quality Alexis and Marchela delivered is very impressive.
