I’m a writer for a ghostwriting business. We provide ghostwriting services for people interested in having books to their name.

What challenge were you trying to address with Casvo Digital?

I needed more people to know about our services because it’s not common ground. For this, social media marketing (SMM) came into the picture.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Casvo Digital provided us with SMM on Facebook and Instagram. I had placed ads previously that hadn’t converted, and Casvo Digital advised me that those weren’t successful because I wasn’t accessible through them. In the campaign they put together for me, they linked my WhatsApp business number, making it easier for potential customers to reach out. 

Additionally, Casvo Digital developed some content when I asked. On other occasions, I created the content myself.

How did you come to work with Casvo Digital?

I came across a video ad for Casvo Digital that looked good, so I sent them a message. I liked that they were easy to contact and responded quickly. Their portfolio and website also looked great, so I decided to try them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $2,000–$5,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July–October 2022. I plan to engage Casvo Digital again in 2023.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The campaign Casvo Digital created generated leads for me; I got messages and inquiries about my services. The team's recommendation to put my WhatsApp number on the campaign was very helpful. 

Some potential customers who messaged me had been looking for services like ours, and the campaign helped increase awareness about what we offer. The response to the campaign was overall positive and sparked interesting questions from potential customers. As a result, we were able to get new clients on the roster. 

How did Casvo Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was so effective that they made us feel like we were their only client. Casvo Digital responded to messages quickly and held me by the hand; they showed me the ropes to ensure I got the results I wanted. I was always in talks with the team lead, who walked me through the process and requirements to provide a seamless experience. Moreover, they provided value for money. 

They walked me through a couple of project management tools that they used. We communicated via Google Meet, Zoom, and email to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Casvo Digital's communication skills set them apart; they understand the market and how to communicate with people, not just clients, helping them do their job well. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could do more work on WhatsApp since it's one of the easiest ways to communicate. They could also be more responsive through WhatsApp. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I advise you to go beyond social media, such as Google, YouTube, or in-app ads. I wanted to try those services with Casvo Digital, and although it didn't pan out for this project, I plan to try them in 2023. If your want to try SMM, go for the whole marketing package because Casvo Digital is very good.
