I am the Founder & CEO of Lean

Lean is an outsourcing company, focused on information technology services. Operations of our company are conducted in line with personal values of our employees. It is more interesting if you care, about yourself, family, friends, colleagues, life. We care, and we will try to keep the "small company vibe", with all our might, as we grow. We will keep it horizontal, more brains, less power games. We hate prejudice of any kind, we are different ourselves, and different we intend to stay.

Being good is not a weakness in our world. Being good and being naive is not the same. Sometimes being good means to communicate unpleasant things, to inspire change. Be good! Our profit will be invested in education & science. We will strive to always be more and better than what is written here or what you hear in our recruitment process. Setting expectations truthfully is crucial.

Recruitment was directed at finding Java Senior developers. Search was finished in 14 days, Clever Solutions performed initial interviews and initial selection for us.

During a period of two years, we have collaborated on several positions that are of great importance to our team. These positions varied in levels and expertise. Each position we sought had its complexities in terms of profile, prior experience, and knowledge. Each position was successfully filled with candidates who quickly added value to our team. 

The approach to work, starting from the client's needs, was accompanied by a deep understanding of the organizational culture and a very straightforward approach to work.
