 I’m the founder and CMO of WenWhy, a market research company for crypto projects.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cody?

We needed them to create the whole workflow of our crypto ecosystem. We also needed a website that was fully integrated with that ecosystem.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cody provided us with custom software and website development for our crypto platform. Initially, we provided them with a simple brief on what we needed. Then, we had a two-hour workshop, during which they helped me brainstorm how the new website should look.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Cody kept their promises and delivered what we wanted. We were trying to raise money from our seed funding round, and the platform definitely helped us in that process. Overall, we were satisfied with the end product. Cody even suggested a few improvements along the way that I hadn't considered, which definitely made the product better.

How did Cody perform from a project management standpoint?

Cody delivered everything on time and on budget. Their workshop format allowed them to run through the timeline and budget estimates with us, which ultimately allowed them to stick to those estimations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really liked Cody's workshop format. It helped us understand how we wanted our product to look like and what the budget and timeline would be. Other companies are often eager to start the project as quickly as possible to charge clients whatever amount they want by asking for more along the way. However, the workshop was useful for getting an accurate idea of the estimations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if Cody established a physical presence in more locations.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Involve them in the project as early as possible because they'll help you clarify how the final product should look like. I was initially delaying the project start because I wanted to do that on my own.
