I’m a business development manager for a software development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Concise Software?

We were in need of consultation and software development to better serve our clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Concise Software provided us with software consultation and development. We’ve worked together on various development projects in multiple domains such as asset trading, transactional backend systems for banking and brokerage houses, the crypto space, and advanced program technologies.

They helped us build a rock-solid structure for our backend architecture and improved the whole UX across all platforms. In addition, their frontend team also provided designs with excellent UI/UX insights.

What is the team composition?

We mainly worked with one project manager, one business analyst, two front- and backend developers, one blockchain developer, a QA specialist, and a DevOps Engineer.

We contacted them through one of our marketing initiatives to which they showed in-depth knowledge in advanced technologies.

We spent somewhere between $50,000–$100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February 2019–February 2022.

They worked with our clients to create solutions that were both technically and financially feasible.

Despite the time zone differences, we had clear communication channels throughout, and they delivered the best back- and frontend solutions on time and within budget.

Along with their in-depth knowledge of advanced technologies, we were very impressed with their project management.

I can’t think of any improvements they need to work on at the moment.

I am a Product Owner in an eCommerce startup in the healthy food field. We offer microgreens, small greenhouses to everyone interested in growing their own garden. They are autonomous through self-regulating watering & automated daylighting.

We were developing our website and shop. They helped us with custom software development and deployment onto our hosting. Implementation of webpage including e-shop integration including subscription payment model.

This website is going to be our core sales channel and it will have a significant impact on our business.

The project was managed by our Product Owner (me) and Tech Project Manager from Concise’s side. This was a very effective set-up.

I’m the co-founder of a holding company involved in individual startup and agency projects.

Our goal was to develop various products in iterations pre- and post-market launch.

We've done various projects with Concise, including e-commerce products, B2C apps, and content platforms. The larger ones were a hybrid of backend and frontend development.

We outsource a good chunk of development to Concise, allowing us to focus on market development and customer research.
