HITN is a small organization that needed to optimize the distribution of its educational app for children, called Edye. The Coorva team helped us on various fronts, but the most important was the development of a powerful API that allows us to authenticate with different partners in the region. Manage assets for organized delivery, Deliver images by size and client, Efficient metadata management and Implement internal and external security mechanisms.

It's very simple; we went from having 1 client to 18. Beyond our sales force, this would not have been possible without the technology developed by Coorva.

We hired on a staff aug position to assist with a variety of our incoming projects for web development. Our goal was to have a reliable developer that was flexible and willing to jump in and learn about any project we needed assistance on.

We previously worked with Coorva for more short term projects, and we had an amazing experience in terms of the quality of developers and excellent communication from Coorva as a whole. They have great customer service!

We have kick off meetings with clients to determine the scope of work. Our staff aug position works with us to provide estimates for projects, and he works with our internal development and design team to move projects forward to completion. He feels like a part of the team and we've loved having him. WordPress, PHP, React, etc. He's worked on a wide range of features.

We've had 4 developers total, 3 of which were engaged for short term projects, one is a full time staff aug position.

The staff aug position we have has been a key component to helping us move all projects forward.

We're a very flexible company and we adapt our processes/structure to the project at hand. The staff aug role fits well within our culture and has a true learning mindset and is willing to jump in wherever. Our Coorva resources have met our engineering velocity and coding quality standards with very good input during meetings and plannings. We measure their performance through Jira, the number of bugs filed against their work, the number of comments for changes in pull requests, and clean code analysis, as well as meeting reviews.
