In the 1st stage, our focus was on crafting a completely new brand identity for our company. And after talking with representatives of the company, we had no doubts - the team with that solid expertise can help us understand our users and the market better.

After kick-off, the Craft Innovations team told us which research methods would work best for our purposes and helped us develop a research plan that considered our vision and workflows. They've conducted a qualitative study to better understand the motivations, challenges, and joys of our users, as well as a quantitative study to confirm or disprove the hypotheses our team came up with based on the results of the qualitative study. At all stages of the research, the Craft Innovations team has created artefacts with data and presented the results to our entire team. Besides that, the Craft Innovations team even helped us establish a process for collecting data about our new users, so we can refresh constantly our user segment data.

As a result of the study, we have received data that we can rely on when planning a long-term product development & marketing strategy. We now understand who our users are, what challenges they face, what they expect from our product, and what they think about our competitors. And thanks to the quantitative part of the study, we understand the needs of which user segments we should pay more attention to and what ideas should be implemented first. It was a very impressive result and our team has got a lot of insights!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had regular online meetings with the Craft Innovations team throughout the research process. Additionally, we had a group chat between the research team and managers, so we could quickly share feedback, confirm the texts of the questionnaires, ask questions to each other and send documents. All communication was very fast and efficient. In addition, the Craft Innovations team presented the results of the study to our entire team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They got to the heart of our product very quickly. They were attentive to our strategy. They didn't miss a single detail, testing all our hypotheses, and even adding their own. The final report was an amazing piece of work, with lots of valuable information and clear infographics for all team members. Now the whole team understands for whom we are making the product, and where we should move!

We did not come across anything that we would like to improve. Everything was perfect!
