Wild Wood designs and markets heirloom-quality wooden chopping boards for home chefs. Our chopping boards are made from acacia heartwood and are stylish, durable, and beautiful. They are environmentally friendly and designed to last a lifetime.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with CRM360 Agency?

We needed help setting up email flows in Klaviyo to ensure we covered all the classic follow-up messages to customers or potential customers visiting our website. It was important to have someone experienced and knowledgeable to work with us in setting up the correct email flows. We did not want to miss any opportunities and wanted to cover all possible avenues of follow-up without upsetting customers and in a way that ensured our brand was still respected.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

CRM360 Agency set up 10 email flows in Klaviyo, complete with images, copy, and layout. Once those were approved, they implemented the flows and ensured they were working satisfactorily. This had to be completed inside a 3–4-week time parameter.

We found CRM360 Agency through an online search. It was clear that Tim was highly experienced with Klaviyo and could cover all the tasks we required to be done in a reasonable time period.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with CRM360 Agency from May 2025–June 2025. The project has been completed, but there are other opportunities for us to work together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The email flows were set up and running and achieved good scores in the analysis. The email flows looked good and were set up properly, so we had complete confidence they would work well. We were looking for increased sales, returning customers, and increased reviews.

How did CRM360 Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

CRM360 Agency was excellent. They responded well and were prompt and efficient. Additionally, they provided good advice and were prepared to invest in our brand. All communication was done via Zoom at a time that worked for both parties.

What did you find most impressive about them?

CRM360 Agency was timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and prepared to give sage advice. There were no challenges. Tim was excellent to work with.
