• fully functioning MVP (mobile app)
• Optimized self serve onboarding flow & login
• Calendar Management functionalities (see, create, move, delete appointments)
• Customer facing portal for customers to request work that is automatically fed into the system

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We onboarded over 300 clients in less than 6 months, which allowed us to raise our €1.5m pre-seed round.

Very responsive. Whenever there was a challenge, it got resolved super quickly. Their entire team is understanding, deeply caring for the projects and always open for feedback & collaboration on various topics.

The people, from leadership to the people that worked on our project. We clicked very well with them and still work with TheDelta 1.5 years later.

When we started, there was a lack of overview about all the services that delta offered.

We hired Delta as a venture building partner to help us build our product and commercialise our business (sales and growth)

They have a large LinkedIn presence. I saw the work they were doing through LinkedIn and the way they were growing. I could see that this company was one that I wanted to be part of early on.

We built a market research WhatsApp bot together.

We 4x'd our revenue over the year. We completed the build of our product.

It was effective. We communicated mainly on Slack
