What started as a redesign of our core dashboard turned into a full UX audit of our web platform, including onboarding, settings, notifications, and mobile responsiveness. They helped us map out user journeys, streamline navigation flows, and even restructured how we presented our data visually.

We started to see changes almost immediately after implementing the new designs. Our customer support team reported a noticeable drop in tickets related to “how to use the platform.” Users were spending more time exploring features, and our onboarding completion rate improved significantly.
