We started with the summary of key findings to figure out what to fix first. Then, we moved to fixing and reclaiming a number or broken backlinks, which there were plenty, since our domain is big. Then we moved on to fix a number of on-page SEO issues that improved the technical performance of our site., including broken internal links.

Jase is very communicative, sets clear goals for the project and explains how he works and what he is about to do. His estimates on delivery times are very on point. He listens to the customer very carefully but also offers advice on what not to do if the customer has false assumptions about the project.

We began with a content plan; a clear list of pages and keywords we needed to write new content for. Dialed Labs helped us to find a quality writer and we managed the content generation ourselves. Since then, we have continued to work with Dialed Labs to build quality links to our content and continually improve the rankings of our pages.

We have 15x the organic traffic today that we had before working with Dialed Labs.

Highly communicative, very clear and concise, highly responsive to questions, problems, and never overly salesy on their additional products. We have only been offered additional services that are of genuine benefit to us. I trust the team at Dialed Labs completely and recommend them highly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their domain expertise and authority is very strong in this area. They are able to tailor a solution to our very specific set of needs (going after a niche and highly targeted audience).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have been working with Dialed Labs to build links using HARO outreach (pitching journalists looking for contributions to their stories in return for a link). This service was not as instantly effective as we had anticipated and underperformed in terms of our expectation. That said, Dialed Labs recognised this, gave us months of free service to make up for the underperformance and overcorrected such that the campaign has subsequently performed extremely well.

There is a lot that goes into getting page ranking and conversions, such as domain and page authority, and several different things regarding copywriting. So far, I have no regrets about working with them because they do a good job.

Dialed Labs is excellent; they're always on point, quick to respond, and are able to stay within budget. We occasionally meet, but primarily communicate via email.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dialed Labs acts as an extension of our team and provides us with a keyword research package that we offer to our clients, focusing on the technical aspects of SEO for websites. As our partnership is ongoing, we occasionally ask them for advice and strategy guidance.

The package is basically a service we purchase from them. As a subproduct of this service, they deliver a monthly report on the actions, changes, and improvements they’ve done over the past months, which we then pass on to our clients.

Within the scope of some of our client’s projects, they also make content changes to adjust the volume of keywords or other things like that. Additionally, their service includes generating 1–2 backlinks.

From our perspective, the SEO services we provide to our clients and that Dialed Labs help us with are very holistic, which aligns with the rest of the marketing services we offer.

What is the team composition?

We only communicate with Jase (Founder & SEO Service Provider) and another person who helps us with the reporting.

How did you come to work with Dialed Labs?

I’ve known Jase for over 20 years because we went to school together. Thus, prior to this project, we already had a trusting relationship. Although having an established relationship obviously helped, we also had worked together in various capacities before, and I had seen Dialed Labs’ great results and technical skills.

Over time, I discovered that they were amazing. Thus, using them for my company was a no-brainer.

We pay them somewhere between $500–$2,000 per month.

We started working together for my current agency over three years ago, in early 2018, when I started offering SEO services, and our partnership is still ongoing.

The clients that Dialed Labs helps us with are very happy with the service they receive because they constantly get better organic traffic, and people find them more easily.

How did Dialed Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Dialed Labs always hits the deliverables and gives us a report. They also tend to respond quickly, and we usually hear back from them within 24–48 hours. Additionally, they respond directly to the client’s requests whenever they need a high-level technical response that we can’t provide.

So far, they’ve always hit the deadlines, and we’ve never had an issue time-wise. We communicate over Slack and email, so we just let them know if we need anything from them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Dialed Labs simplifies SEO in a way we can’t; they’re specialists in it. They approach their work in-depth and use the latest tools. Additionally, they’ve built tools on their own to get great results.

From a technical perspective, Dialed Labs is very precise, and they’re always very clear. They also understand the technical evolution of SEO and the changes that occur every year regarding algorithms, and they know how to optimize adapting to those changes.

Are there any areas they could improve?

In terms of their specific services, I don’t think that Dialed Labs can improve on anything. We use them for our client’s needs, and they’ve done their work well.

However, I believe that their reporting could be a little more detailed. Although their reports are very well done, having more extensive reporting is always good.

Definitely work with them; they offer great value, and they will give you the best results.

Dialed Labs has offered a comprehensive service with SEO work and suggestions about keywords. They look after two pages for us, helping with how our pages should be presented. They also help us with overall marketing ideas.

We send them information about what we’d like to have on our pages and what we feel are important keywords for the industry. They go with what they see is important on company sites in the industry.

I work closely with the founder and someone who puts everything together. They’re both key in how our pages are presented. Moreover, they make suggestions based on their worldwide experience on how we could improve what we’ve run previously.

I can’t recall how we first got introduced to them. After making contact, we saw what they’d achieved with other companies not associated with our industry. Due to their personal involvement, we felt their work would be better than what we were getting. Before, we found that companies expected us to do the work and make suggestions. I didn’t think it our my job, nor did we have the time to do that. However, Dialed Labs was able to do it all.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Dialed Labs makes good suggestions and has made our site easier to scroll through. We’re happy with the relationship and how they’re doing the work. We provide them with information based on the responses we get from inquiries. They ask us if we need to make changes, but we’ve been happy with the results. We’ve only made minor changes as we’ve gone along.

Also, we’re getting better responses from people who visit the site from all around the world. I came into the office this morning, and there were already two inquiries regarding our product from people who came across our site after searching online.

How did Dialed Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

We don’t have any complaints about project management. There’s no reason to suspect that they’re not working on it adequately. With several past companies, we were presented with a product and then left to our own resources. However, Dialed Labs has been in touch with us all the way through. We can see the results of their work.

They provide updated information, photographs, and relevant things for the activities that we’re currently undertaking. We communicate via email, WhatsApp, and video calls. Overall, we feel they’re doing a great job. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They keep a very personal relationship with us. We’re not just a number or another company to them. Dialed Labs makes us feel like we’re the most important client from our industry. We don’t know if they have another company from our field, but they treat us like the only one.

We have no reason to suggest that they do things differently; we seem to be right up there with our competitors.

Give them a try. You’d be impressed with the short-term results you’ll get.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dialed Labs does content management, content improvement, and SEO optimization for our company. At the beginning of the project, we had a strategy call and filled out an intake form to determine what we wanted to achieve. We wanted to bring in more traffic from Google and relayed to them what keywords we wanted to target. 

They did the research and gave us suggestions based on our budget. We started with a six-month plan and then lowered our budget for the next six-month project because the business wasn’t doing well because of external platforms issues. 

We changed the scope of work going forward to match a smaller budget. The work is ongoing — SEO efforts never end.  

What is the team composition?

We worked with the CEO during the sales process, and then we worked with a project manager and a teammate who worked on the implementation.

How did you come to work with Dialed Labs?

I am part of a group of business owners and a friend recommended Dialed Labs. I had already met them a few years ago at a conference. Their prices are high, and we haven’t been able to afford their services in the past. So, when we had the budget, we decided to hire Dialed Labs.

We spend around $3,000 a month, for a total of $25,000 thus far.

The partnership started in March 2021 and we are still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before we started working with Dialed Labs, we didn’t rank well on Google, and now we are ranking in the top 10 for some of our keywords. It has taken time, but we have seen more organic traffic and we are happy with it.

How did Dialed Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is very hands-on and Dialed Labs sets their own deadlines. At the beginning of the engagement, their team outlined the project plan for the year, including what they would deliver every month and what the expectations were. They report to us once a month to outline what they did that month and what they will do in the following month. 

If we have any questions or want to change something, we’ll schedule a meeting. We usually use email to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The simplicity of working with them is great. They don’t try to sell us too many services and let us know what we can expect from their team.

Other agencies will tell customers they can do a lot but then nothing happens. Those agencies often focus more on unnecessary, weekly meetings and provide fewer results. With Dialed Labs, it’s more about results and less about unnecessary communication. I prefer how Dialed Labs works. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think Dialed Labs could provide more data on their monthly progress. I am a curious person, and I would like if they would go into why they are doing one thing versus why they’re not doing something else. However, some of it is proprietary data on their side, but more information overall would be nice. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clients need to make sure they have the budget to work with Dialed Labs for at least a year. I think breaking up the contract into smaller sections disrupts the work they are doing. Customers need to ensure that they have the budget to see a project through for 12–18 months; otherwise, the first 6–9 months might be a waste of money.
