We have regular meetings, so the communication is very fluent and direct. If we need to add/change something, they are there for us. They pay attention to the details, especially on the videos for social media. They gave us good ideas for our branding and explained us about the changes, the idea behind the logo for example.

We're impressed with the creativity of the brand, they give us so many options. The good engagement on LinkedIn. For the website, we did not have so much news, so they came up with the idea of blogs which was amazing. Also, they helped us with the customer journey through the web, so it was easy for everyone.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digiturnal could have done differently?

Social Media: sometimes less is better in the sense, a short sentence is more attractive than a super long text that the customer gets lost. SEO: it goes along with social media, so having a discussion with both teams since the beginning is more productive.

It was a static web design, hence we need it to make it very attractive to the front end and make it easy for each visitor. All the aspects of our business entities have touched it very clearly and summarized it very deeply.

In total we worked with 3 staffs, each of them are deeply rooted with a very good hands on experience in the field, so they did not face any challenge during our project.

We are very happy with the output what Digiturnal provided back to us. Its more than what we asked from them.

The client loved the documentation very well and was much happy with the dashboard.

We had a kick-off meeting with the client and we have done the design of the website at our end with the requirement specified. We have started design and content with Digiturnal and had a weekly follow-up on the status of the development. For any quick queries, we used WhatsApp for communication.

The website was completely custom developed with a friendly dashboard to control all the sections and the documentation provided was much helpful.

When we reviewed the website there were some minor bugs on the website which we let them know and they were quick on resolving the same.

We wanted to develop native mobile applications (both ios and android) to allow people to interact with celebrities, influencers and professionals and receive a video message. We had the idea but were looking for a company that takes care of all the technical aspects from A-Z.

We searched through Google and through our contacts here in Qatar. While there were good candidates internationally, we were looking for a local service provider with high standards of quality. Digiturnal team has experience in different parts of the world, mainly Germany and their team spoke professional and offered suggestions even before we signed the contract.

Digiturnal took us through the business model and helped us tweak few details in, then helped us setup business operations which were needed to design the app dashboard. The process went on to receive a professional UI/UX prototype that was later developed exactly as portrayed.

A project manager, a marketing manager, an E-Commerce specialist, UI/UX design and a tech lead. We rarely got to speak to the developers which was good because it is very hard to communicate with them.

Within 1 month, the design was completed and a beta version was shared with us. When the app launched, many companies asked us about the service provider as they were inspired by it's simplicity.

The project manager was friendly, very knowledgable and easy to communicate with. We actually become friends outside of work. He would always provide updates and suggestions. What I admired the most is the amount of transparency and honesty of the team when something didn't align with the plan which happens in every project. They used automated reports to show us the progress of development and even prototyping design tools to shows us how the app would be before it is delivered.

High quality standards is key here for sure!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would suggest to actually reduce the number of tools they expose us to, to make it easier for us to review the progress.
