Our main goal is to have our b2b website designed and developed in such an strategic way where it will communicate with the visitors. We hired disrupt minds to design, develop our website and write website content for us too.

We were searching for reliable companies that can do the work for us and found them via google search, after seeing their reviews, projects and case studies they had done before we decided to proceed with them.

three major things we expected to have from their side which are development, design and content writing services for our project. It was built on custom technologies.

We were in loop with our project manager and don't know how many work force they had assigned on our project.

We hired Disrupt Minds for our company's website re-design, development and content writing services (specifically for our company website). Our goal is to have an optimized, responsive website that can deliver its brand message to our target audience and help business in more effective conversion.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Disrupt Minds on basis of recommendation from one of our partners and the most decisive factors while choosing them is their effective case studies, feedbacks and ability to deliver as committed.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. from there our dedicated project manager committed us a date of delivery for initial mockups and wireframes for our company website. As per our requirements, we notify them initially to make this website on custom and not to go with any of the CMS.

Website is mainly built on html, css, js and php. Also, they provided us with their content writing services and updated the content accordingly to reflect our company's services and created a landing page that mainly focuses on conversion with a highly optimized assets included and having a no-time loading speed.

Our dedicated project manager was assigned to our project, and he was the only point of contact while our project was in development phase. We don't need to know how many resources they had dedicated to our project as far as the deliveries were seem quite smooth.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As per their commitment while we initially contacted them, they claimed to deliver highly effective user experience design that helps our business in more conversions specially on landing pages that we run marketing on. Their Marketing team used heat maps to track which sections, CTA's are performing best as possible and made their decisions accordingly. These guys are not so old in the market as I know but have a Giant Vision and solid team around.

Mainly communication was done via emails on scheduled deadlines. In few cases when we require iterations in design, they had connected us via google meet and noted down the resolution points.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They delivered viable solutions on time and at a reasonable price. Their moto aligned with their vision.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Few iterations need to be made during the project, but it seems quite usual to us when you're in development phase or designing something new for a client, these changes are seeming normal.

I hire Disrupt Minds to Design & Develop my eCommerce Store where any customer can buy products for their pets.

I found them on google. Saw their ratings and portfolio that inspired me to engage with them.

I was looking to have my eCommerce store built on some custom technology, as previously my store was built on WordPress that doesn't suits and support me. So this one is built on Laravel and works fine for me. Also, it has payment gateway integrated both Stripe and PayPal which allows my customers to pay me via online merchants.

I don't know how many people are working on my project as I engaged with my project manager for the communication and deliveries and he's one who is responsible for all the processes and procedure.

The design I get from their team is responsive and elegant that I'm happy to have as my online store.

I coordinated with them via email for weekly updates. for discussions and changes in my online store, we talked on calls and zoom meetings if necessary in specific cases.

Their team was very responsive to me and towards the committed deadlines. every time my project manager called me to schedule a meeting for weekly updates. I'm happy with their services.

We searched for reputable CRM development company.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We’re working with this company from past few months for our CRM development. The modular delivery model they’re following is found convenient to us as we’re getting started with initial required models and their QA & Support team is working in parallel to fix bugs and enhancements which minimally, we’re required of. Their own strategy and user journey process towards our CRM development causes our product more enhanced. I can’t to be hesitate at all to recommend anyone who’s looking to have similar or relative services

We worked directly with the account manager that provided development guidance, operation and management for the project.
