I'm the president and creative director of Mad Rose Media, a full-service digital marketing agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with DocRokit?

I was looking to boost our clients' site rankings, so I needed someone to help with advertising and SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DocRokit helps us manage our clients' paid advertising and SEO efforts.

What is the team composition?

We work with Alex (Chairman & SEO Specialist) and Thomas (PPC Specialist & Online Strategist). They have a team working behind the scenes, but I've never interacted with them.

How did you come to work with DocRokit?

I responded to one of their ads, and Alex gave me a call. He walked me through their credentials and promised to go the extra mile for my clients, so I decided to hire him.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $35,000–$40,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in September 2020 and is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They've absolutely delivered on their promises. We measure their success using analytics. As a result of the team's efforts, one of our clients has secured 30 new appointments in the last month, and another client has doubled their website traffic. 

DocRokit's advertising efforts have also helped one of our customers cater to a new industry where they went from having no business to now having eight clients.

How did DocRokit perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very hands-on. We can log into the team's CRM system and manage the project alongside them. 

In terms of communication, we have weekly and biweekly calls where they update us on every project they're working on. We also communicate through text messaging and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're the real deal — the team works harder than anybody we've worked with. DocRokit is constantly looking for opportunities to pivot in hopes of getting better results for our clients. They're eager to go the extra mile and do what they need to produce high-quality work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They're a young company, so they have some opportunities to grow and bring more people in. Overall, I don't see any significant weak spots in their processes.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about your goals and what you're trying to achieve. Let them do the necessary research and be open to their suggestions.
