I’m the co-founder of Elevate Security, the leader in the security world for employee security awareness, training, and behavior change.

For what projects/services did your company hire dops.digital?

We hired them for web design and UI/UX [User Interface/User Experience] design. We also needed them to draw up to 100 different illustrations, create CSS-style animations, and to handle layout development and React components development for our Hacker’s Mind project.

What were your goals for this project?

We had an idea and didn’t know exactly how to implement it so that the design was beautiful and intuitive for users. dops.digital provided a solution which we are implementing right now.

I found their portfolio on Behance and I really liked it. Then, I contacted Andrew [Project Director, dops.digital] and we went through details about our project.

Hacker’s Mind is a group-based application that provides an interactive training for up to 12 participants. The goal of this application is to get participants to care about security through a guided and interactive experience with a set of discussions that introduces the way a hacker thinks and what they’re motivated by.

What was the team composition?

They provided a project director, and art director, a designer, an illustrator, a developer, and a technical director.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The application is still in its development phase and under a non-disclosure agreement, so I can’t share anything for now. However, we are happy with the results of their delivered services so far.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their communication is really good—they respond quickly despite an 8-hour time zone difference. The results have been provided in a structured way and if we want to implement changes to the interface, illustrations, or code, then they are properly updated. I like how they manage their work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality of their design work is really amazing and emotional. Whenever we share our project with our stakeholders, they are surprised in a positive way.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We would have liked to decrease the time spent on video presentations and had concerns that that took away from design time. However, it turned out that they leveraged their video team to create the video in parallel to the design work and produced the video for free, which was a delightful bonus!

We’ve used this video as a guide for our developers to see how the animation should properly work. Given the time zone and language differences, I found it helpful to have the requirements documented as clearly as possible with visual examples of what I had in mind. This has made sure that we receive designs that we really like in the first round without too many iterations.

Our cooperation even exceeded all expectations. The team listened very carefully and correctly identified our needs, even those that were difficult to express. Despite the fact that we have done a lot of work on market research and generating hypotheses, the team has always managed to add fresh and meaningful ideas. At the initial stage, they carefully read our project and provided a lot of good advice. Regarding the development, Dops secured our process by writing documentation for each stage.

To design a world-class user experience for our launch page and to further design a REact APp that would enable customers to choose and customise their subscription packages.

We were aware of their design work from Dribbble and the online design resources. We knew well in advance that Dops were the design agency we wished to use for this specific project

The project was a React frontend landing page using high-end imagery, parallax scrolling, embedded ChatBots, and informative and animated graphics to tell the story of CLimate Action and our success to date.

WE are very happy with the final design work and production levels provided to us. Their design skills are world-class and their timely delivery and after care are fantastic.

Once everybody was up to speed it progressed smoothly. The language barrier was not an issue and the project completed successfully.

Dops understand high-end design requirements which is very difficult to find an agency with that level of detail.

A secondary level of examination and clarification of the brief before the UI//UX designer start their work would allow for less back/forth requests during the initial design process.

dops.digital successfully launched the website according to our specifications. The visuals are stunning.

Communication is easy because we’re in the same time zone as dops.digital. There are no language barriers since they speak fluent Russian.

The team executed a deep analysis of our company to highlight the benefits of our offerings. The design is compelling and users fall in love with our site.

They should open more offices and expand their team. Also, dops.digital could promote themselves more aggressively to increase their brand awareness.
