Every draft is retrieval-augmented against a knowledge base of 285,000 of our historical PA decisions and cited back to payer policy. It integrates with our EHRs via FHIR R4 and HL7 v2. When confidence is low, the case is handed to our reviewer with the full transcript, drafted package, and cited policy clauses attached. Every override feeds a weekly retraining loop, so it keeps getting better.
