The first task they helped me with was the brand book, they created my brand logo, style, and colors. Following that, they created the product label. Then the web design. I received all of the designs in Figma, product mock ups, and everything else I asked for.

I now have something to show people. I'm at the very early stages in my business so I had no depiction of the product or brand. My new labels will be going into production soon, I'm building out the website based on their designs, they even made time to help me with a presentation design, which will be used for investor meeting.

Duck.Design has been using Trello, but there might be room for enhancement by possibly incorporating other tools like Slack. Slack could provide a more streamlined communication platform, allowing for real-time collaboration, and could complement or even replace Trello, depending on the specific needs of the projects and teams. 

Beyond just the communication tools, Duck.Design could continually assess and reevaluate the tools and processes they use to ensure that they are using the most efficient and effective methods. Regular evaluations might lead to discoveries of new tools or methods that could improve workflow and collaboration.
