Baseline metrics at the start of the engagement: AOV: SAR 301 Returning customer rate: 22.4% ~3 in 4 visitors were leaving without ever viewing a product page ~3 in 4 shoppers who reached checkout were not completing their purchase Resolved issues with direct revenue relevance: Fixed a doubled locale redirect (/en to /en-en) that was corrupting all externally shared links, ad campaign URLs, and CRM emails — any click-through from paid media was landing on a broken URL Fixed Arabic-only product titles appearing on the English storefront, removing a friction point for international visitors and media partners Resolved all P0 JavaScript conflicts across 31 app scripts that were breaking product page interactions, payment selectors, and tracking links Cart drawer CTA hierarchy was restructured to push users toward checkout faster Projected impact (agency estimate): Closing the checkout completion gap alone is conservatively estimated at SAR 90,000 to SAR 180,000 in recovered revenue over 60 days. We expect more concrete performance data once Month 2 A/B testing via Shopify Rollouts is underway.

They built a centralized tracker from day one — tasks split by priority tier, estimated hours, and status — which gave us full visibility into how retainer hours were being allocated at any point in the month. Delivery has been reliable. Month 1 commitments were met and reported clearly, with items blocked on our side (admin access permissions) flagged explicitly rather than quietly deprioritized. When our ERP timeline shifted and affected the payment gateway work, they adapted immediately, placed those items on hold, and redirected hours to the next highest-impact priority without needing to be asked. Their communication is proactive, not reactive. They flagged a copycat storefront impersonating our brand before we'd noticed it ourselves. They identified a review backlog and came up with a recommendation before it became a missed opportunity. These are the kinds of things most agencies only catch if you ask them to look.
