We have an internal content team that was then busy creating content involving our expertise, project outcomes, etc. At the same time, we needed several awareness-level articles. We decided not to distract the team from their work and outsource the creation of thouse articles to Ecrivio. 

We prepared very detailed tech tasks for them, to make sure the text matches our standards and stays on par with the content we have produced internally. We provided context on our services and recent projects to make sure the texts won't look generic. Also, we instructed them on our tone of voice. They adopted it quickly. 

The communication with Stacy was very good, she always updated us on the progress and took care of the deadlines. They are truly commited to their initial estimates and deliver on time. 

The result of our cooperation was quite satisfying. We received our texts on time, however, they still needed the involvement of our internal writer - to include company-specific context, which Ecrivio didn't manage to cover.

Their commitment to initial deadlines is also worth mentioning. We discusses and approved the date for each project stage and they stick to it.

We provided very detailed tech tasks, but the writers often overlooked details. 

They could be more attentive to the information we provided, this could save us one iteration per text

I still think that an internal content team can do better job due to deeper involvement in company processes. But this is a huge investment. If a company can't afford internal copywriting team, I think Ecrivio can cover the needs
