This is one of the most amazing, detail oriented; with a group of high level dedicated team members that I have ever worked with. Starting a business is hard, complicated, and downright scary! It involves a huge level of trust and faith that you have to relinquish into the hands of someone that you don’t know. However, I knew from the moment that I contacted this company and I was able to speak with Andy, that my business, my finances, and my vision was in great hands.

We hired Endless to get our Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads under control after struggling with another marketing company.

I found them through the Shopify expert channel, after first talking with Andy - the CEO of Endless, he impressed me a lot and give me an action plan, to help me grow my business at a reasonable rate.

Within 2 months they had stabilized our marketing spend and were getting results. They also dove into our website apps with me to help figure out our goals and keep them updated as the holidays approached. Andy is always willing to help and give advice when needed, along with his team, who are happy to do the same. Which is amazing.

I work directly with their CEO - Andy, which is amazing, Lea from the Facebook team is super lovely too.

We have reached our new high record during the boxing day sale which is amazing, We look forward to continuing success with them.

The workflow was relatively seamless, as we worked side-by-side on certain initiatives and implemented actionable items. They were incredibly communicative and helpful at all stages.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's really fun to work with them, especially considering the level of skill they display. They allow me to focus on the many other aspects of our business, they also advise me so much for the business, we can see we are growing together.

We were setting up our own website through Shopify as had only been selling on eBay and TradeMe for the last 10+ years and we wanted to be able to sell through our own channels and not be as dictated as you have to be on online marketplaces. We used them to help tidy up our website and then they set up and manage advertising through both Google and Facebook ads.

After searching I found their website and they seemed like a good fit for our company, he also had a basic knowledge of what we were selling.

We started with discussing what we wanted out of it, and then started testing different ads to find out what worked best for us, we expanded in to Google, Facebook and email marketing with different tactics.

Not sure, one main contact who transfers work on to others.

We have been able to sell around 50% or more of our products through our website now with our customer base growing and about a 20% return customer base.

We have a once a month zoom call as well as contact in between.

Being a smaller business, they have a better idea of who we are and how they can help.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A bit more time looking at things. It took a little while but we figured out the best cost vs workload for us that we can sustain as a small company as originally the cost and amount of marketing was too high.

We supplied a basic work flow for what we wanted to achieve. They then came back to us with suggestions and we had a zoom call to go through the flows and email templates including how to use the new system. We gave our feedback and they came straight back changes made. Once we were comfortable with all the flows they set them to live for us.

Too soon to tell we have only just gone live.

Communication was excellent. Absolutely could not fault them at all. They understood what we were trying to achieve, explained everything clearly and actioned things really quickly.
