Steve and the team at Envision IT were great. We were a new start-up business working with very compressed timeframes, needing to get an ERP system implemented ahead of peak Christmas trading period.

The Envision IT team not only completed the project on time, but were able to deliver full warehouse integration (which was originally flagged as a second stage) well ahead of schedule. Although COVID restrictions meant all meetings were via MS TEAMS video calls, The Envision IT team ensured regular progress updates were scheduled, and additional meetings were held as required.

I needed a new working website before March and I did not have a lot of time to be spend on guiding the team. They had to work out most of the things themselves and they did it well. I just checked the website in development, once in a while.

The project management was done by Envision IT. They kept hosting new versions of the website in a test environment that I checked once in while and provided feedback on email, messenger or rarely, in person when I was there. They worked on the feedback and updated the test website.

We take services of Envision I.T. as and when required. In the past they have developed an integration with Wasp Inventory & Asset Cloud software. They have also developed some custom reporting using SQL database. They developed several interfaces and reports for us on fixed price basis. We are still working with them on ongoing basis.

My requirement is to get the work done timely within a fixed cost and it should not fail. Regular testing of the interface and reports provided was done.

They assigned a project manager and few developers to work on our project. Project manager was regularly updating us about the status of the project and wherever she found any difficulty she approached us and provided some alternatives. We also had regular virtual meetings to discuss the status and any issue.
