We had a website that was 10–12 years old and had been built by various developers. When I started with the company, I immediately wanted to revamp the website and get a new web developer. We had issues with the site’s speed, our ability to edit the website, and the cost of our old web developer.

eSEOspace has redesigned our website from existing code. They've built it on a whole new platform, WordPress, retaining similar elements so that it wasn’t entirely different for our member base. eSEOspace also provides monthly web maintenance and SEO services. The team posts blogs for us.

Benjamin is our primary contact. We mainly go through him, and he works with his team to get any work we need done.

We’re a smaller company, so we needed to find a service provider that was within our budget and met our technical needs. I was looking for a California-based web developer. eSEOspace is based out of San Diego. We met with different companies, but the ones that offered more than eSEOspace were way too far out of our price range. Other companies offered much less.

Ultimately, eSEOspace offered more than our previous developer for half the cost.

Our Google Analytics shows a 30% increase in site traffic in the last 90 days. Moreover, working with Benjamin has been great. He’s been phenomenal to work with. He’s very accommodating, super flexible, knowledgeable, and very understanding.

The redesign tasks we’ve asked eSEOspace to complete have met and, in some cases, exceeded our expectations. I’ve loved working with Ben and would like to continue working with him. I can’t say enough good things about eSEOspace; they've been great to work with.

How did eSEOspace perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been great. We’re on page; if anything, we keep adding things, and they’ve accommodated it all. eSEOspace has been able to meet all of our deadlines perfectly. We meet with eSEOspace once a week, and they're very responsive to fix any issues. It’s very easy to communicate with the team. They’re available by phone, text, and email.

The cost-benefit is impressive. For what we pay versus what we get, I don’t think we can find another web developer that does that.

Right now, we go through Benjamin. It would be nice to talk to a developer directly at times, but that’s a minor issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I recently experienced a technical glitch of my own creation while conducting training on the East Coast. Although the hour was still early out West, eSEO staff contacted me in under five minutes and began working on the problem for me. Their customer service was second to none.

Are there any areas for improvement or something eSEOspace could have done differently?
