The website and app gave us a proper platform to sell directly. Managing products and inventory became easy with the CMS. The customer experience on checkout was smooth, and we got good feedback on that. It set a solid foundation for our online business.Since the launch, the website has been running smoothly without any technical issues. Orders are coming in consistently, and the app has decent downloads for our stage. We’ve received around 200+ orders through the website since the launch. App downloads are still growing. Although we don’t have huge numbers, we’re satisfied with the start.

After the portal went live we onboarded multiple vendors within first few weeks itself. Orders started coming in and the platform was handling it smoothly. No major technical issues after launch which was a relief honestly.
